It’s very rare for me to have something come out just like described. The bread is delicious, the recipe is detailed and I love having the weights rather than volume for measuring. I used the bread dough function on my food processor for mixing as I don’t have a strong mixer. I have a very happy man in the house, the best bread he’s had in years.

This was so easy and uncomplicated. I have spent 8 years trying to make a decent loaf of bread. I don’t want rice and potato but have tried and they all failed.
This is fantastic! I had bought fresh millet to try it. Unlike my other brand, the millet
from Relative Foods was pail yellow not tan. The bread baked up and looked just like your pictures. The taste and texture were clean and light. You need to contact them and submit this recipe, they don’t have a bread recipe.
