It should work pretty well! The pizza mix doesn’t contain milk. So it won’t bake up as brown as the traditional mix. But it should be tasty!

Expandex tapioca starch would work great in this recipe. It’s a modified tapioca starch and is nice and stretchy!

Will this recipe allow me to roll every thing up, or should I bake it then roll it?
