Another winner! I used a 9×13 and it baked up almost perfectly flat and level, moist and not too sweet. It was a bit too delicate for carving for a shaped cake, but delicious. And with such simple ingredients! Will make again!

Omg we love this recipe! I always use it to make cupcakes! Makes about 16 cupcakes bake for 18 to 20 mins. Yum. It’s been on repeat for the last 3 weeks 😅

I am a newbie to GF cooking. Have not had good luck with the recipes I’ve tried…….until this ONE! wow….amazingly good. I was short of cocoa for the frosting, so I did a cream cheese frosting. Delicious!!!

My future daughter-in-law has gone gluten free, and has been disappointed in pretty much every dessert she has tried. She loved this cake I made for her. Personally, I prefer cake made with regular cake flour, but for gluten free, made with oat flour and adding a bit of cornstarch, it was pretty moist and had a great chocolate taste.
