Yes, mostly. Brown rice flour tends to be a bit more coarse than white rice flour. So you might notice a different texture. Brown rice flour also brings a slightly different flavor. So while they work the same, they are just a smidgen different in taste and texture.

I am so glad you posted this. I cook for two often and it makes it so much easier to just make a few cookies at a time and get them fresh and warm instead. I use my toaster oven and save on energy too.
